Information Sacred Space handles

Sacred Space stores your app preferences, reminder settings, daily progress, prayer history, journal reflections, wallpaper and widget choices, and Sound Studio selections only on your Android device. Journal reflections are encrypted locally using Android security features.

This information is not transmitted to us, and we cannot view or recover it.

Data collection and sharing

Sacred Space does not collect personal data, create user accounts, use analytics, show advertisements, or include tracking technology. The app works offline and does not send your journal entries or app activity to a developer server.

If you choose to send feedback or share something through another app, Android opens the app you select. That action is controlled by you and is subject to the selected app's privacy practices.

Device permissions

• Notifications: used only for prayer reminders you choose to enable.
• Set wallpaper: used only when you ask Sacred Space to apply a wallpaper or enable an automatic wallpaper schedule.
• Start after device restart: used to restore the reminders and automatic wallpaper schedule you previously enabled.
• Modify system settings: used only when you choose to install a Sacred Space ringtone or notification sound. Android asks you to grant this access in system settings.

Retention, deletion, and security

Local information remains on your device until you delete it in the app, clear the app's storage, or uninstall Sacred Space. Private journal content is excluded from Android backups.

We use Android's security tools to protect locally stored journal reflections. No security method can guarantee absolute protection, but Sacred Space is designed to keep this information on your device.

Children's privacy

Sacred Space is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other users.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Sacred Space changes. The effective date at the top of this page will show when the latest version took effect.
